TO SUBMIT A QUOTE
Interested dealers must submit their quotes to Town Manager Leeanne Regon.
Submissions can be made:
- By mailing the quote to PO Box 608 Tazewell, Virginia 24651 OR
- In person at Town Hall located at 211 Central Avenue Tazewell, Virginia 24651 OR
- By emailing the quote to Manager Regon at tazmanager@taztown.org
All quote submissions must be clearly labeled “RFQ – TYPE II TRANSIT VAN AMBULANCE QUOTE”.
Quotes will be accepted until July 16, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
Manager Regon be contacted at (276)988-2501 during regular business hours Monday -Friday (8:00am-4:00pm).
Due to the cost of this purchase, we are authorized to use the Small Purchase Procedures as per The Virginia Procurement Act, which states we must post a notice on appropriate website and solicit three (3) written or electronic quotes.
