Town Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 7:15 p.m., in the Council Chambers at Town Hall, pursuant to Virginia Code §§15.2-2006, and Town Charter Sec. 2-304, to provide the citizens of the Town an opportunity to be heard with respect to a proposal to vacate a portion of Orchard Street. A copy of the plat depicting the proposed area of Orchard Street to be vacated is available for review and inspection during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) at Town Hall.
