Southwest Virginia Community Health System’s New Day Recovery (NDR) programs are celebrating National Recovery Month during the month of September and hosting their second annual Walk to Recovery.
Each New Day Recovery location is celebrating National Recovery Month on National Recovery Day (Monday, September 29, 2025). New Day Recovery Tazewell’s will be hosted at Lincolnshire Park (3119 Riverside Drive, North Tazewell) from Noon to 2 p.m. New Day Recovery Bristol’s will be held at Cumberland Square Park (200 Lee Street, Bristol, VA) from Noon to 2 p.m. New Day Recovery Saltville’s will be held at the Saltville Town Stage (217 Palmer Avenue, Saltville, VA) from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Each site will be open to the public with community resources and vendors on site, along with free giveaways.
