The Town of Tazewell is accepting quotes for the following:

| Mowing & Weed Eating Services on Riverside Drive. From White’s Muffler to Bulldog Self Storage corner of Professional Drive. Distance of 3.5 miles. |
| Requirements for Bid #2: |
| Mowing & Weed Eating Services on Fairground Road. White’s Muffler to H&R Block corner of Main Street. Distance 1.6 miles. |
| Requirements for Bid #3: |
| Mowing & Weed Eating Services on Fincastle Turnpike. From corner of Fincastle Turnpike and Freedom Ave at the Hardee’s red light to the Rt 460 on ramp. Distance of 1.5 miles. |
| Requirements for Bid #4: |
| Mowing & Weed Eating Services for Lincolnshire Lake & Dam. |
QUOTES DUE BY

TO SUBMIT A QUOTE
Mowing & Weed Eating Services would be required every two weeks. Please bid each job separately. Bids will be accepted until 2:00pm on March 20, 2026. Please label bids, “2026 Mowing & Weed Eating Services” and indicate clearly if the bid is for Bid 1, Bid 2, Bid 3, or Bid 4.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at Shelter #1 (the shelter nearest the dam) at Lincolnshire Park on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. for those responding to Bid #4. The pre-bid conference is not required for those responding to only Bids 1, 2, or 3.
