Crab Orchard Museum is rolling the dice and betting on early spring as a great time combine fine food and fun with Crab Orchard Cuisine & Casino Night, moving to Saturday, March 4th, from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. at Fincastle on the Mountain in Bluefield, VA. A fundraiser dedicated to supporting Historic Crab Orchard Museum & Pioneer Park, this year’s event will have a Mardi Gras theme.
According to Charlotte Whitted, Executive Director, “The evening showcases the best restaurants and caterers of the region, offers roulette, blackjack, Hold ‘em and other casino games for fun and prizes, and concludes with a live auction of unique items, vacations, and experiences. It’s a delectable, delightful and demonstrative way to support the museum.”
Individual tickets for $75 include two beverages, dinner, an evening of casino games, and chances to win amazing prizes. Businesses may sponsor tables or other aspects of the event and use tickets for employee or client entertainment if they choose.
Sponsors the Amy Brittain Family, the Glen Shipway Family, David Mullins Wealth Management and others are setting the pace for the event’s success. Committee members and museum board members and volunteers are selling tickets as well.
The Crab Orchard Cuisine & Casino Committee includes Nancy Brooks, Cindy Nicholson, Martha Hurst, Lynda Stuart, Johnsie Beck, Cindy Lowe, Donna Bell, Mary Lawson & Amy Brittain. For more information or to purchase tickets, contact the museum at 276-988-6755 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
